Our task was to modernise and optimise office spaces across multiple locations, ensuring minimal disruption to National Express’s daily operations despite over 200 staff moves across five office sites.

To ensure the seamless execution of the project, our approach focused on meticulous planning, effective communication, and precise coordination. We developed a detailed timeline and schedule, outlining key milestones and activities to be completed at each stage of the project.

Our team employed a multi-disciplinary approach, leveraging expertise in furniture relocations, suspended ceiling works, data and electrical installations, partitioning system installation, and various other refurbishment tasks outlined in the scope of works. By utilising innovative solutions and adhering to strict quality standards, we aimed to enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and overall working environment of National Express’s office spaces.
