London Heathrow Airport stands as the main aviation hub serving the city of London. Situated 14 miles west of central London, it is both the UK’s largest and busiest airport, accommodating an average of 128,000 passengers daily with approximately 536 flights to 214 destinations across 84 countries and serviced by 89 airlines.

As part of Heathrow Airport’s ongoing development, we were honoured to be part of a significant project valued at £4.3 billion for Terminal 5. This assignment specifically involved providing a comprehensive turnkey Design & Build package for M&E services for the new ticket centre.

Approach

With a focus on efficiency, reliability, and passenger comfort, our approach encompassed a range of critical components, including feature lighting and data security systems. Our team of experts meticulously designed and implemented each aspect of the M&E services to seamlessly integrate with the overall infrastructure of the ticket centre, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Throughout the four-week duration of the project, we remained committed to delivering exceptional quality and service excellence, meeting and exceeding the expectations of our client, National Express.
