Trainee Project Manager

After completing my degree in the built environment, I knew I wanted a career in the construction industry. Consortia gave me the opportunity to begin my journey by joining as a trainee project manager. What I like most about this role is working day in day out alongside experienced project managers and working on live projects. This is very beneficial, as it enables me to work in a profession I am passionate about, whilst also developing new skills and qualities.
