A mixture of our staff and guests enjoyed visiting Anfield Football Stadium this week for Steven Gerrard’s testimonial match – Liverpool v Olympiacos. The match was followed by a tremendous evening of fund raising amongst celebrity guests at the Echo Arena in Liverpool in support of the Liverpool Legend’s charity: The Steven Gerrard Foundation.
Having set up the Charity in 2011, Gerrard has strived to make a lasting difference by helping provide better opportunities to young people in need. The charity supports young people who struggle with illnesses, family problems and disabilities, and provides support for those at a financial or educational disadvantage.
Consortia were very proud to support this local charity and help make a difference.
