Consortia have just been awarded two refurbishment contracts for National Express East Anglia (NXEA) as part of the National Station Improvement Programme (NSIP) in this area.
The client is C. Spencer Ltd who are currently involved in 8 NSIP’s for NXEA.
The work for Consortia will focus on Colchester and Marks Tey stations and include the complete refurbishment and fit out of Colchester booking hall/station offices and new staff facilities.
Both Marks Tey and Colchester will also receive brand new toilet facilities courtesy of the Consortia team.
